Quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins after you approve the quote. Changes to the approved scope are quoted separately and require your approval before we act on them.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all project deliverables created for you (designs, code, content, and source files) become your property. We may reference non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

4. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false or malicious content through our forms.

5. No performance guarantees

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any provider's sole control (search engine algorithms, ad platform policies, market conditions). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic figures, or revenue; we do commit to the scope of work, transparency, and reporting agreed in your quote.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability arising from a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
