1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FiveBBC services (the "Service"). By accessing or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

FiveBBC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

FiveBBC provides social media marketing services, including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, shares, and other engagement metrics for various social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and others.

Services are provided "as is" and may be subject to changes, interruptions, or discontinuations without prior notice. FiveBBC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service delivery.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses, or other benefits. FiveBBC reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or malicious purposes
  • Not attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse engineer, or abuse our platform or services
  • Not submit orders for content that violates third-party rights or platform terms of service
  • Not use our services to promote hate speech, violence, illegal content, or adult/NSFW material
  • Not share or resell your account access with third parties without joining our official reseller program

5. Payment and Pricing

All payments must be made in advance before service delivery begins. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and bank transfers.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of order placement is the price you will be charged.

All sales are final. Funds added to your account balance are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.

We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors with PCI DSS compliance.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • We are unable to deliver the service as specified
  • The service was not delivered within the maximum delivery time stated on the service page
  • You receive significantly less than the ordered quantity (partial refund for undelivered portion)

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Orders placed on incorrect links due to user error
  • Natural drop in engagement after the refill period expires
  • Account suspension or deletion by the social media platform
  • Change of mind after order processing has started
  • Services marked as "No Refund" on the service page

All refund requests must be submitted via support ticket with relevant evidence. Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of FiveBBC.

7. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver services within the estimated timeframes displayed on each service page. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Changes in social media platform algorithms or policies
  • Technical issues with the platform or our service providers
  • High order volume during peak periods
  • Account privacy settings or restrictions

If your order has not started after the maximum start time specified on the service page, contact support for assistance.

8. Refill/Retention Policy

Premium services may include automatic refill protection for a specified period (e.g., 30 or 60 days). If engagement drops within this period, we will automatically refill the lost quantity at no additional charge.

Refill conditions:

  • Only applies to services with "Refill" or "Guarantee" in the name
  • Must be requested within the refill period via support ticket
  • Does not apply if the original post/profile was deleted or made private
  • Does not apply if the account was banned or suspended

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using services to violate third-party intellectual property rights
  • Reselling services without joining our official reseller program
  • Filing chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting support first
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses, or free credits
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to place orders
  • Sharing API keys or account access with unauthorized parties
  • Attempting to manipulate or exploit service pricing or delivery mechanisms

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balance without refund.

10. Account Termination

FiveBBC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
  • Abuse of services or platform resources
  • Prohibited use as described in Section 9

No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts. You may appeal account termination by contacting support with relevant evidence.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties of non-infringement or title
  • Warranties that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties of specific results or outcomes

Social media platforms may change their algorithms, policies, or terms of service at any time, which may affect service delivery. FiveBBC is not responsible for such changes.

FiveBBC does not guarantee that use of our services will result in increased engagement, monetization, or business success.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiveBBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or information
  • Account suspension or termination by social media platforms
  • Damage to reputation or brand

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, not to exceed $100 USD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FiveBBC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at fivebbc.com/privacy/.

We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for EU residents.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FiveBBC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
