Orders & Delivery
Most orders start processing within 5-30 minutes. Delivery time varies by service:

Our Drip Feed service enables you to automatically place the same order multiple times. This service is useful if you want to stagger the delivery of your order over a period of time.
For instance, if you want to receive 1,000 likes on your Instagram post, but you want to receive 100 likes every 30 minutes, you would input the following:
- Link: Your post link
- Quantity: 100
- Runs: 10 (since you want to run this order 10 times)
- Interval: 30 (minutes between each run)
Never order more than the maximum quantity specified in the service name (Quantity × Runs must not exceed service max). Never input an Interval less than the actual start time.
To place a mass order, you will need to enter the service ID, followed by a vertical bar (|), then the link, followed by another vertical bar, and finally the quantity, on each line.
To obtain the service ID for a particular service, please refer to our Services List.

Example: Adding 1000 likes to three posts using service ID 2212:
Drip-Feed doesn't work with either "Mass Order" or API.
Your order is currently being processed, and you should expect to see results on your link shortly.
Your order is presently in progress, and you should expect to see results on your link soon.
Your order has been refunded, and we have credited the full amount back to your balance.
Your order has been successfully completed, and no further action is required.
Your order has been canceled and will not be executed. This is typically done manually or by an operator.
The rest of the funds for your order have been refunded to your balance.
Quality & Refills
We offer three quality tiers:
- Economy: Basic quality, fastest delivery, lowest price. Good for boosting numbers quickly.
- Standard: Balanced quality and speed. Real-looking accounts with moderate engagement.
- Premium: Highest quality, real active accounts, gradual delivery. Most natural and lasting results, higher price.
We offer refunds or free refills if we cannot deliver your order as specified. Each service has a specific refund/refill policy displayed on the service page. Premium services typically include automatic refill protection for a specified period (e.g., 30 or 60 days).
Contact support if you experience any drop in engagement within the refill period.
